Senior Life Solutions
At MCH, we support older adults through Senior Life Solutions, an outpatient program focused on emotional wellness for individuals typically age 65 and older.
Senior Life Solutions is designed to help older adults manage emotional challenges that may come with life changes, health concerns, or loss. The program provides structured support in a welcoming, respectful environment.
The program includes:
- Individual and group therapy
- Care from licensed therapists, a registered nurse, and a board-certified psychiatrist
- A supportive group setting focused on connection and coping skills
Common concerns addressed include anxiety, depression, grief, changes in sleep or appetite, and loss of interest in daily activities.
Participants typically attend sessions up to three times per week, with care plans tailored to individual needs.
