At Memorial Community Hospital & Health System we realize some patients may have concerns regarding payment for medical treatment and we are here to help answer those questions. You will receive a monthly statement showing the status of your outstanding accounts and any payments or adjustments that were made during the month. You may receive other bills in connection with treatment, such as charges from a radiologist, pathologist, surgeon, or consulting physician.

Financial Assistance Information
Our patient financial services office is here to help with any questions you may have regarding insurance & billing.
- We will file your claim for you to your insurance carrier or, if appropriate, the responsible workers compensation or liability company. You will receive a statement for any balance due after your insurance has processed your claim.
- We are happy to provide itemized statements or claim forms if needed.
- We have a financial assistance program for un-insured and under-insured patients to help with out of pocket medical expenses owed.
- We can assist you in applying for Nebraska Medicaid.
- We offer interest free payment plans on amounts due.
- Online payments are accepted as well as automatic payment options for monthly payment plans.
