Volunteering
Volunteers play an important role at MCH by supporting patients, families, and staff. Volunteering is a meaningful way to give back and help strengthen the care experience for those we serve.

Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
Share Your Voice, Shape Care
The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) brings together former patients, family members, community members, hospital staff, and administration to improve care experiences, policies, and communication.
PFAC meets six times per year over the noon lunch hour and includes a light lunch. The council welcomes feedback, ideas, and perspectives from those interested in partnering to improve care.
